Sabornay Law is pleased to welcome two new members to the Firm as it continues to strengthen its Philippines–Japan cross-border practice.
Joining the Firm as Junior Associate is Atty. Steffi Eunice Ramos.
Atty. Ramos has experience in litigation, arbitration, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions across a broad range of industries. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, she finished valedictorian and magna cum laude and served as an Editor of the Philippine Law Journal. Her experience includes civil, criminal, labor, tax, administrative, and commercial disputes, as well as commercial and construction arbitration.
Also joining the Firm as EA/Paralegal is Mark Russell Caranzo.
Mark is an incoming second-year Juris Doctor student at the UP College of Law and graduated magna cum laude in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from UP Diliman.
Their addition reflects the Firm’s continuing commitment to providing responsive and high-quality legal support to clients in corporate and commercial transactions, disputes and arbitration, labor and immigration, real estate, and broader cross-border matters between the Philippines and Japan.
